Schuylkill Arsenal Artillery Musician's Mounted Services Jacket, c. 1861-65, blue cloth body with red worsted twill tape on the front edges, chest, cuffs, and collar, body lined with off white domet flannel, the sleeves are lined with off white cotton osnaburg, with "3/SA," three dots, and an inspector's mark in the right sleeve cap.
