Six WWI-era Pocket Watches, c. 1914-18, a pocket watch marked on the cuvette "FOUND/IN THE BATTLEFIELD/OF FRANCE/GUN POSITION/CUNNEL-MEUSE-ARGONNE FOREST 1918/C. RADICIA/13TH F.A./U.S. ARMY," a German watch, chain, and fob, a steel case with a pocket watch inside, marked on the red velvet lining "HILL/70/15/8/17," a French pocket watch with an image of General Joseph Joffre on the back, a pocket watch with a victory medal ribbon, marked on the dial "WENT THROUGH/THE WAR/WITH R.G.," and a pocket watch with a cavalryman on the front, a castle and river seen on the front, with chain and small iron cross marked "1886" and "H/I/N."
