Two Fairbairn-Sykes-style Fighting Knives, c. 1960s-70s, a knife with an aluminum grip and steel guard, steel blade marked "J. NOWILL & SONS/SHEFFIELD, ENGLAND/ESTABLISHED A.D. 1700," and a leather sheath with a steel chape; and a knife with an aluminum grip, a steel guard marked on the bottom "SHEFFIELD/ENGLAND," a steel blade marked "THE SCORPION/S.SGT JACKSON," and a leather sheath with a basketweave pattern. Provenance: The collection of Nicholas A. Penachio. Estimate $200-300 First knife is in excellent condition with only light scabbard wear, second knife has some light wear from use and a broken snap on the sheath.
