Two 18th Century Carved Tapestry Maker's Pick-up Sticks or Rules, probably Austria, 37 1/2-in. fully carved and decorated pick-up sticks with images of saws, hatchets, squares, draw knives, mallets, and associated farming and carpentry tools, one dated "17 IE 56" with pewter tips, the other with carved Austrian or German inscriptions.
