Ten Patent Medicine Bottles, America, 19th century, ht. to 9 3/8 in. Estimate $100-150 soda-form is embossed "Rodger & Weller Schenectady N.Y.," olive bottle is marked "Dr. Townsend/Sasparilla/Albany NY" on three sides, with minor scuffs and scratches, the green is "Dr. Clark N. York" to one side, and doesn't exhibit too much age or wear. There are stains and a chip to the collar of the Mother's Pet, rim chips and iridescence to Hough's Life Preserver, and rim flakes and a large base chip to the C.W. Merchant Chemist.
