Painted Tall Case Clock, Connecticut or Rhode Island, c. 1810-25, the pagoda top with elaborate turned finials, tombstone molded hood door and waist door, above a base with raised panel and gadrooned lower edge, original surface with alligatored finish, (imperfections), ht. 92 in. Provenance: Clark Pearce, Essex, Massachusetts, from Harold Cole, Woodbury, Connecticut, 2005.
