A pre-columbian pottery vessel, possibly from the Colima culture, of red clay in double gourd form with applied snakes to neck and applied leopards to shoulder, with raised dot and polychrome geometric design. Accompanied with a two tiered woven basket painted to exterior with fruit and floral decoration. Vase approximately 11.25" tall x 5.25" diameter at opening, basket approximately 15" tall x 10.75" wide.
