Harald Lindberg (Swedish, 1901-1976) Samtel vid midsommar- Stången (Conversation at Midsummer- Stången). Signed, inscribed indistinctly, and dated "Harald Lindberg/...1947" l.r., identified on an unattributed exhibition label affixed to the reverse of the frame backing, and with a commemorative label addressed to Stig Sylvan in celebration of a 50th anniversary with assorted signatures affixed to the frame backing. Watercolor on paper mounted to paperboard, 17 7/8 x 22 5/8 in., framed. Condition: Break to paper surface at l.l. corner (old tear now laid down), soiling, tape, and glue residue to the margins, subtle toning.
