(15.2 x 22.9 cm), in a period frame. Condition: Retouch, craquelure. Provenance: A Virginia collection. Estimate $4,000-6,000 Framed dimensions 17 1/4 x 20 1/4 in. Stable craquelure overall, with areas of drying cracks. Retouch is very finely done, used to fill craquelure and drying cracks in the center and a small abrasion at u.r. edge in the sky.
