Leather surfaces have been reconditioned as needed over time, exhibiting a slight tackiness when touched. Ottoman shows two minute losses to edges of veneer, with few impressions associated with normal use. Chair shows few minor areas of surface wear to wood elements. Minor surface wear to each base. Overall wood elements have been well cared for over time. Fine vintage condition.
