Vinyl seat appears to have been added later in chairs history, showing egregious separations to stitching throughout.
Edges of vinyl are currently held in place with adhesive tape, with areas of separation to inside track of armrests. Rails show older wear and patina associated with age and use. Missing one bolt to underside, with base exhibiting oxidation associated with age. Poor vintage condition.
