Seating elements show advanced wear, with more minor areas of roughness along edges, all associated with age and use.
Backrest exhibits two repaired cracks, each approximately 5 inches in length, while not fully penetrating to reverse (images available). Shockmounts to backrest have been re-epoxied as needed over time. Surface wear to legs, with minor rounding to lower corners of each foot. Structurally sound in use, showing in vintage condition.
This example dates from the first year of production, featuring metal washers and a 5 x 2 x 4 screw configuration.
