Sheet was torn into three segments shortly after artwork was produced, likely at the request of the artist.
Torn sheet has been expertly conjoined and archivally restored to its original shape. Upper right and left corners with losses to corners visible in catalog image. Sheet with inconsistencies and imperfections along edges and front of sheet as made by the artist. Framed behind Plexiglas measuring 26 x 31 x 2 inches.
