Fixture is wired for American outlets, powering two fluorescent bulbs, with ballasts firing properly when tested.
Surface discoloration to vinyl while showing visible drip marks to lower sections. Interior shows more advanced soiling, and would benefit from a cleaning prior to installation. Good vintage condition.
