Example shows as all original, with surface wear to lower areas of frame associated with contact over time.
Leather to center of seating has dried and shows visible surface cracks, with assorted surface wear throughout. Backrest shows approximately 10 superficial surface mars, with wear to finish along upper edge. Each armrest shows wear along front edges commensurate with use. Underneath each armrest is a minor and stable separation along joinery which is not readily visible when chair is righted. Overall a nice example, showing in fine vintage condition.
This example, from the first years of production, features leather placed directly on the metal armrests. Signed with branded manufacturer's mark to frame: [Niels Vodder Cabinetmaker Copenhagen Denmark].
