Upholstery has been updated and is free of any visible soiling or surface wear. One small area centered to backrest of chair shows few thin surface scratches. Lower left rail shows a shallow impression measuring two inches in length. Overall example shows in fine condition and is ready for use. Ottoman measures: 20.5 w x 22 d x 15 h inches.
