Lid shows a stable hairline fissure emanating from center of left edge which is 1.
5 inches in length. Along the left side just below this fissure there exists a thin repair which is only visible when examined under UV light. Overall example shows in very good vintage condition.
Signed with decal foil manufacturer's label to underside: [Chaumet Paris]. Signed with stamped touchmarks to gold element.
