Doors have likely been repainted over time, functioning smoothly when tested.
Minor surface wear to exterior in keeping with use. Lower compartment shows a faint area of discoloration. Small points of loss to enameled legs.
Cabinet features a flip-top concealing a heated glass surface and two sliding doors concealing storage. This cabinet was a favorite design piece of Buckminster Fuller, a close friend of the original owner, who often use the heating element to warm his meals during visits.
