Utensils exhibit faint signs of normal use.
Few small areas of loss to cabinet while showing a three inch area of repair to top left corner. Two small areas of glue residue visible to top left corner, evidence of older repairs as needed to case. Currently missing hardware element that allows lock mechanism to latch, not effecting normal use or appearance. Additional images available upon request.
Cabinet features one door concealing storage and six drawers housing a complete twelve-piece service for nine with eight serving utensils; 116 pieces total. This work is number 66 from the edition of 96. Incised signature to lower edge of cabinet: [Arman VS]. Signed with impressed manufacturers mark and touch marks to each utensil: [Arman 66/96]. Sold with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. This work is recorded in the archives of Denyse Durand-Ruel under number 1967.
