French, 19th century. Provincial style carved walnut wood framed fauteuil with camel back, elbow rests and seat upholstered in burgundy and tan needlepoint fabric accented with brass nail head tacking. Frame with leaf, shell and scrolled motif throughout form, overall raised on four cabriole legs, shell covered toes on front terminating on brass wheeled casters. Approximate height 44", width 26.5", depth 29.25", seat to floor 17.5".
