Masonite elements show beginning signs of separation along top edges, remaining stable in use.
Lower areas of base show minor wear and small areas of discoloration associated with normal use. Minor surface wear to glass top from use. Edges of glass top have a discernable roughness, having been beveled and not polished afterwards. Overall very good condition.
