Top surface shows two notable areas of discoloration near center of left edge, with ink and paint splatters near edges.
It is likely that top is missing an element that would have used the series of four holes along right edge (images available). Drawers and locking mechanism all function smoothly when tested. Surface wear to lower areas associated with normal use over time. Good vintage condition.
