Steel frame shows faint surface wear and areas of oxidation in keeping with age and other examples.
Two leather cushions show advanced wear with open tears and areas of deterioration to seat cushions, while showing several openings to seams throughout. Third cushion has had leather updated as needed. Scattered points of wear to remaining leather surfaces, with each armrest showing a notable area of loss to front corner.
