Wood surfaces show minor blemishes scattered throughout, with one small area of patterned impressions to cheek of horse head as shown in images online.
Leather elements have dried with age, showing stable breaks to approximately 1/3 of elements while remaining stable in normal use. Horse's head can be removed as a result of a break to steel substructure, remaining in place when posed. Articulated points function properly when tested. Overall a nice example, with an attractive and honest appearance.
Branded manufacturer's mark to each element: [Maquette Franciase S.G.D.G. Paris Armeture Articulee].
