Sheet shows very faint discoloration when viewed out of frame.
Mat border of frame shows a large water mark to upper right corner, with no evidence of contact with print. Overall print shows in fine and stable vintage condition. Notable losses to edges of frame; frame would benefit from being updated prior to installation. Framed behind glass @ 35.25 x 23.75 inches. Examined out of frame.
Signed and numbered to lower edge '30/150 Le Corbusier'. This work is number 30 from the edition of 150.
