Leather surfaces exhibit advanced wear: areas of dryness to front edges of seats, closed tears, separation of piping along seat, and a 1" loss to right edge of backrest.
Reverse of backrest shows a notable closed tear, 2 x 3 inches in size. Wood surfaces have been cleaned and present well. Additional images available upon request.
