One socket has separated from internal tab, and is currently held in place with steel wire. One set screw beneath wall plate has been crudely replaced with a machine screw. Minor assorted wear to enameled elements associated with contact through normal use, with a one-inch area of wear to front area of shade. Additional images available upon request.
