Older restoration to all joints, includes filled seam separations, and breaks (largest at corner of back-rest on one chair, measuring 1. 5 h x 1 w inches). Finish is mostly even, with some fading and wear to arms of both. Frames with minor scratches, darkened dents throughout, and large chip to lower-right corner at seat of one (measures 0.5 h x 1 w inches). Interior trim of arms to both chairs are exposed, showing older tack or nail holes (in the making). Upholstery has minor soiling. Illegible branded manufacturer's mark to underside of each example. Paper manufacturer's label to underside of one example and remnants to other ‘Model 44’. c. 1945
