Good overall vintage condition exhibiting wear to relief commensurate with age, including several minuscule losses, a number of tight hairline cracks (largest runs diagonally through figures, measuring 26 inches in length), and a few darkened repairs to surface.
Frame shows some dents and areas of finish loss throughout.
This work is one of two models Isamu Noguchi submitted to the national competition for the Associated Press Building in 1938. This example is not currently included in The Isamu Noguchi Catalogue Raisonné.
