Lacquered finish shows scratches, filled and unfilled chips (largest measuring 1 x 0.
25 inches, near lower left corner of vanity front), alligatoring, flaking, and losses throughout. Repair to left foot of stool. Upholstery is worn and padding is slightly degraded.
Stool measures: 20 h x 38.5 w x 14.5 d inches. Vanity features two drawers. Painted signature and date to stool ‘Ruth Campbell 1928’.
