Originally attached at all four corners.
While the work presents well the lower right corner has separated from the hinge. Upper right has two small tears. There are two minor restorations to the perimeter of the paper; on the upper right (to the right of the steeple), on the lower left (to the left of the signature). Framed behind acrylic measuring 20 x 30 inches.
