Work is in overall good condition.
Not examined out of frame. Sheet is hinged to backing sheet. Minor toning throughout. Wear and handling marks along extreme edges. Small circular tear in top right corner. That appears to be from artist's process. Tiny dog ears to all four corners. Framed behind glass measuring 15 x 18 inches.
Signed, titled and dated to lower edge ‘OFB May 22-16 Patterson Garrett Mountain’.
