The work of art is in good condition.
Sheet is free and not mounted. Texture of paper is pronounced and some of the very recessed areas are white and did not take application of the watercolor. Some staining on verso of the sheet. Minor loss upper edge. Lower left corner was sliced and repaired with scotch tape. Discoloration at the edges. Framed behind acrylic measuring 20 x 17 inches.
Signed to lower right 'Sandor Bernath'.
