Works are in fair condition. Watercolor with foxing throughout and one tear to lower edge. Tape remnants along all four edges and moisture damage to lower right quadrant. Pastel on paper with one tear to right edge and partial tear to upper left corner. Wear to edges of board including losses to upper right corner and lower left corner. Unframed. Signed and dated to both works. 1947
