One chair slighlty darker, both showing minor dryness and faint stains.
Chair with lighter finish has crack along length of backrest and a 1/2" chip. Chair with darker finish has discrete repaired breaks to rear stretcher. Joinery on both is slightly loose. Jute seats have moderate staining and loose weaving. Fair to good overall condition.
