Scratches and nicks to finish along bases. Somewhat hardened foam seats. Light pilling and stains to fabric. One seat cushion is mis-matched. Some cushions need new velcro. Table: chips and scratches to base. Darkened dents to edge perimeter. Light scratches to top.
Set was original to the Container Corporation of America Eastern Regional Headquarters, in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, designed by renowned Bauhaus architect Herbert Bayer, and includes dining table, model 174W and six dining chairs, model 151, measuring: 32 h x 19 w x 21.5 d inches each. Decal manufacturer's label to seat of four examples and fabric manufacturer's labels to cushions of five examples ‘Knoll International’. Decal manufacturer's label to underside of table 'Knoll Associates.'
