Boehm. Lesser Prairie Chickens (464G) and Lesser Prairie Chickens (464G). Pair of bisque porcelain sculptures depicting chickens on naturalistic bases, one resting square on two feet with head cocked, and one with neck expanded revealing red toned sacs to either side of neck as he leans forward. Upright bird approximately 9.75" tall, 8.5" wide, 5.75" deep. Leaning bird approximately 10" tall, 10.25" wide, 7.25" deep. Each signed to side of base, and underside with maker's mark and piece title. Provenance: From the Estate of Sam & Florence Inman, Atlanta, Georgia.
