‘Pieta’. Late 20th Century. With two impressed seals, Plazzotta 7/9, Fonderia Mariani. Patinated Bronze. Height 23 ½”. Cf. Initially a student of both architecture and sculpture Plazzotta chose to work with bronze as a medium for his artistic sculptures.
