ansonia clock co. having a central handled urn form finial above the case having beveled glazed sides enclosing a circular enameled dial with Arabic numeral hours, mounted with vacant cartouches and foliate scrolls at the corners, raised on foliate scroll feet. Height 15 7/8 inches. dirty patina and rubbing; lacking key; faux mercury pendulum; glass intact; both springs take a wind; clock runs but unsure of duration or accuracy of movement; clock strikes on the hour and half (see images)
