The metal to the chair has light surface damage throughout, with spots of heavier wear consistent with use. The leather on the chair is good, and appears to be used sparingly. The ottoman appears to be rosewood, and has leather in poor condition. Heavy wear to the leather throughout. The wood on the ottoman is in good condition with no major damage but has light surface wear throughout.
