An Islamic tray table comprising a large lift off copper tray decorated with silver Arabic calligraphy encircling the central quatrefoil decorated with foliate scroll strapwork and a raised border with foliate pattern border punctuated by Arabic calligraphic writing, resting on the wooden stand comprising six carved legs with stretchers decorated with turned spindles, with baluster turned central finial, all raised on turned feet. Approximate height 19.5", diameter 31.5".
