There is an approximately 2 inch tear in the upper left corner at the point of the hinge; slight waving to the sheet; this work is float mounted with two hinges in the upper corner, two detached hinges on the lower verso corners; otherwise this work appears to be in overall basic good and stable condition. Framed: 31 1/2 x 23 1/2 inches.
