(Dutch, 1606-1669) The Angel appearing to the Shepherds, 1634 etching with drypoint and engraving Sheet: 10 3/8 x 8 3/4 inches. Later impression of the 5th state. Some wear to edges of sheet; softening to lower left corner with tape repair to verso; crease across bottom left corner running midway up left edge; reapaired tear upper left edge wih scuffing/wear to upper left edge and corner; small tear mid right edge; top edge glued to archival board on verso, sheet hangs free.
