Parasol handle, likely later converted into magnifying glass. stamped for Donegan Optical Company (American, founded 1952) and mounted onto a floral sterling-silver shaft embossed with an intricate leaf-and-flower motif; the curling handle inscribed "MW Storrs, Utica, N.Y.". Top of shaft stamped "Sterling". Approximate length 10". Approximate diameter of glass 4.15".
