Circa 1900 of oval form, the latticework sides with opposing profile medallions suspended from ribbon-tied garlands and ram mask ring handles at the ends, raised on hoof feet headed by ram's heads, with a glass liner. marked '.800' on underside 37 ozt Width 14 1/8 inches. Property of a Chicago North Shore Collector In good, stable condition overall. With surface scratches and minor nicks consistent with polishing and use. Minor area of separation below one of the profile medallions. Scattered areas of tarnish throughout. Glass liner is slightly dirty, with surface scratches and a repaired chip to the edge.
