A large porcelain rose medallion Gu form vase traditionally shaped with downward flaring base topped by a bulbous center mass and an upward flared neck with saucer top, decorated with gilt accented edges with traditional alternating cartouches with courtly figures, birds, and flowers amid prunus fruit, butterflies, and pink peonies. Height 12.9", mouth diameter 8.5", base diameter 7.4".
