19th century the hinged top of octagonal form and mounted with a handle, opening to a fitted interior, the slightly bulbous, conforming body raised on bracket feet. Width 7 7/8 inches. Property from the Estate of Richard Gardiner-McSwyny, Naples, Florida Light scratches and surface wear consistent with age. Appears to have repairs between the facets; glue residue is visible within cracks.
