(19th Century) Basket of Cherries in Mountainous Landscape oil on canvas 35 1/8 x 51 inches. Property of a Chicago North Shore Collector In overall stable condition. Accumulation of dirt and craquelure to the paint layer throughout. Minor abrasions to the surface, and canvas is lifting from stretcher in upper-left corner. Deposit of white residue to the lower-left corner. Frame: 41 x 56 1/2 inches.
