17th/18th century the upper case having a fall-front opening to a series of twelve drawers centered by an architectural central cabinet door and two cabinet doors in both the lower-left and lower-right corners, each drawer carved to show colonnades and gilt and polychrome decorated to show floral and foliate decoration, raised on a gilt and polychrome decorated base fitted with two drawers and two doors, raised on flattened bun feet. Height 61 1/2 x width 49 1/2 x depth 18 inches. Property from the Estate of Marlene Nasreddine, Miami, Florida In fair condition consistent with age and use. Scattered age cracks throughout, consistent with age. Fall-front detached. Swing handles on sides are intact. Retains much of the painted and parcel gilt decoration with areas of surface wear and loss consistent with age. Drawers and doors with shrinkage gaps. Upper case: Seven of the drawers with at least one missing inset panel. Central architectural door with a partially broken corbel and two loose colonnettes; each cluster of three colonnettes supporting the breakfront pediment missing the central colonnette. Each of the three doors (both the central door and the two flanking corner drawers are missing at least one inset panel.
