paul sormani, paris, circa 1875 having a rectangular leather-inset top above two frieze drawers flanking a foliate scroll mount, raised on cylindrical fluted tapering legs. Height 29 x width 47 x depth 27 1/2 inches. Property from the Estate of Blanche C. Hill, Vail, Colorado Leather top with discolorations, scratches, and wear consistent with age; one corner of leather missing; leather is probably original or very old. All mounts appear present. Light scratches, minor discolorations and wear consistent with age. Two of the legs missing several of their brass inlays and some areas of veneer. Additional photos available upon request. Note: the lock plate contains the address 10 rue Charlot which the firm moved into in 1867.
